Ceylinco land exchange ltd. mainly concentrates on the purchase, development of land for sale. Company also undertakes construction of houses in selected sites for its customers, who have purchase land.

Company undertakes sale of land & houses on behalf of customers for a brokerage commission.

Customers who buy land from the company, on payment of 30% of the value of the land, are eligible to join a unique easy Payment Scheme to pay the balance on monthly installments, up to a maximum period of 7 years.

Acceptance of short and medium term investments trough the Project Participation scheme.
